Every ringgit you wager at kiss916 contributes to your VIP points balance. Earn rates vary by game type — higher-margin games like slots award more points than table games. All points are tallied automatically and credited to your account in real time.
The kiss916 VIP Rewards Program is more than just your average cashback – it's a comprehensive rewards system that recognises every dimension of your loyalty.
Receive automatic cashback every week based on your total bets. Rates range from 3% (Bronze) to 20% (Diamond) — credited directly to your account every Monday.

If you've been playing at online casinos in Malaysia for a while, you've probably wondered – does the platform I'm using actually value my loyalty? That's a fair and important question. At kiss916, the answer is a clear yes, and we demonstrate it through a VIP Rewards Program built not as a marketing gimmick, but as a genuine system that delivers real value back to every active member.
The kiss916 VIP Rewards Program operates on a straightforward principle – every ringgit you wager on any game on the platform automatically accumulates VIP points for you. Whether you're a slots fan spinning Gates of Olympus every night, a die-hard Malaysia Super League supporter placing bets in the Sports section, or a loyal baccarat player at the kiss916 Live Casino tables – all game types contribute to your VIP point accumulation, albeit at different rates. Slots earn the most points, followed by fish shooting and arcade, then Live Casino, table games, and finally sports.
One of the most tangible benefits of the kiss916 VIP Program is the weekly cashback, credited automatically every Monday. As a Bronze member, you're already entitled to 3% cashback based on your net losses from the previous week. This means that even when luck isn't on your side, you still get something back — cashback you can use to keep playing. By the time you reach Diamond tier, that cashback rate climbs to 20%, a highly significant return for players who are active every day.
Kiss916's VIP cashback is also calculated in a fair and transparent way. There are no hidden formulas or complicated conditions — your cashback is simply based on your net losses (total losses minus total winnings) over the week. If you come out ahead in a given week, there's no cashback, but you've already won — so that's not a problem. Cashback only comes into play during a tough week, and that's precisely when kiss916 steps in to soften the blow.
For Gold members and above, one of the most valued perks is access to a dedicated kiss916 personal account manager. Unlike standard customer support reached through a general Live Chat, your personal account manager is someone who truly knows your profile – your playing habits, favourite games, specific preferences and account history. They're available to contact directly via WhatsApp at any time to assist with urgent withdrawals, bonus clarifications, or simply to make sure your experience at kiss916 runs smoothly.
Kiss916 Diamond members enjoy an even more exclusive level of service. A dedicated Diamond account manager — one who handles only a limited number of Diamond members — ensures every request receives full and prompt attention. Diamond member withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes, any time of day or night. Higher daily withdrawal limits also mean you can access your big winnings without having to wait until the next day.
For players interested in high-stakes live casino tables, the Platinum and Diamond tiers at kiss916 open the door to a whole different experience. Exclusive VIP Baccarat tables with limits of up to RM200,000 per hand, private Blackjack tables and access to preferred dealers assigned exclusively to VIP members – all of this is available to members who have reached Platinum and above. Playing at a kiss916 VIP table is on par with a five-star physical casino experience, but with the convenience of playing from your own home on your smartphone.
The kiss916 VIP Program also has a surprise element that keeps members constantly excited. Throughout the year, kiss916 hosts exclusive tournaments, lucky draws, and special events open only to Gold-tier VIP members and above. Prizes include bonus cash, the latest electronic devices, free holiday packages, and much more. Join the kiss916 VIP Program today — create a free account, start playing your favourite games, and let the kiss916 VIP system work for you automatically from day one.
